ENROLLMENT
You can join in one of the four membership types in the GFF program, namely GFF Regular, GFF Junior, Executive Card Plus (EC Plus) and Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card (GIC Card) membership, each with its own enrollment requirements and method as follow:
GFF Regular Requirements:
Age 12 and up Residing in Indonesia, or outside of Indonesia where the GFF program is applicable No membership fee

Through Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFF program
GFF Junior
Requirements:
Age between 2 and 11
Residing in Indonesia, or outside of Indonesia where the GFF program is applicable
No membership fee
Having a parent or legal guardian whose name is registered at the GFF database

Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, Domestic and International GFF Center GFF Membership Service Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta Executive Card Plus (EC Plus) An EC Plus membership provides the same benefits enjoyed by a GFF Gold member, plus an additional benefit of an insurance coverage.
Requirements:
Age 17 and up Residing in Indonesia Payment of a joining fee of Rp 1,500,000,-
Payment of an annual fee for membership renewal in the amount of Rp 1,500,000,- or Rp 500,000,- depending on flight activities during the previous membership year
EC Plus members who wish to re-join the EC Plus program after termination of membership is charged with
Rp 1,500,000,-

Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card (GIC Card)
A GIC Card combines a GFF membership and a Citibank creditcard membership.
Requirements:
Age 21 – 65 Residing in Indonesia Payment of an annual fee of Rp 600,000 Complying with other Terms and Conditions for credit card application as determined by Citibank

RECEIVING CARD
When you apply for a GFF membership, you will be providedwith a temporary GFF card number. Use this temporary card number when making flight reservation and at the check-in counter of your Garuda Indonesia flight. We will process your permanent card as soon as your application data and your first flight with the GFF temporary number have been recorded in the GFF database. Your permanent GFF Card will be mailed to your correspondence address as listed at the GFF database. It may take at least 4 (four) weeks for processing and mailing before you receive your GFF card.

EARNING MILES
There are two kinds of mileage in the GFF program, namely:
• AWARD MILES represent the mileage earned each time you fly with Garuda Indonesia on eligible flights, or in a
transaction with Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFF program. Award Miles may be redeemed for an Award Ticket,
Upgrade Award or other awards. Award Miles will continue to be accumulated as long as the GFF member remains active.
• TIER MILES represent the mileage earned each time you fly with Garuda Indonesia on eligible flights, and are used to determine the level of your GFF membership. Tier Miles are accumulated from 1 January to 31 December of a given year, and it is re-set to zero on 1 January of the following year.
How to Earn Miles
Award Miles and Tier Miles are earned from flight activities with Garuda Indonesia on eligible flights.
You can also earn Award Miles from non-flight activities, such as:
Making a purchase at Garuda Shop Staying at Garuda Indonesia partner hotels in the GFF program Exchanging Reward Points awarded by Garuda Indonesia partner banks in the GFF program Paying for purchases using the Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card How to Monitor Your Mileage
1. Access the GFF website at http://gff.garuda-indonesia.com anywhere and at anytime
2. Check the quarterly Mileage Statement sent to members
3. Call Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807, 24-hour from anywhere in Indonesia.
How to Claim for Missing Mileage We would process your missing mileage claim in 3-4 weeks after the flight date or the date of other transactions.
You could make a claim for missing mileage at anytime up to 6 (six) months after the date of your flight or transaction. Please complete the Missing Mileage Form available online at http://gff.garuda-indonesia.com or at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office, and attach the following supporting documents:
- A copy of the passenger ticket coupon or itinerary receipt e-ticket and the original boarding pass (for a flight activity)
- A copy of the payment receipt (hotel or Garuda Shop receipt)
Please forward the completed form and attached documents to GFF Center or Garuda Indonesia Sales Office.

SPENDING MILES
The main benefit of a GFF membership is the chance to accumulate Award Miles that can be redeemed for an Award
Ticket or Upgrade Award, not only for your own use but also for your family members or friends. Award Miles can only be redeemed for Award Ticket or Upgrade Award on Garuda Indonesia flight routes and / or code share flight routes in which Garuda Indonesia is the Operating Party.
How to Redeem Award Miles for an Award Ticket - Choose your desired flight destination and departure date.
- Make sure that you have enough Award Miles in your account for your intended destination.
- Contact Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807 (from Indonesia) or Garuda Indonesia Sales Office to
reserve your flight.
- Complete the Award Ticket application form available online at http://gff.garuda-indonesia.com or at any Garuda Indonesia Sales Office
- Submit the completed form along with your GFF membership card and a copy of your ID (KTP, passport or other ID) to Garuda Indonesia Sales Office.
- You can pick up the Award Ticket at the Garuda Indonesia Sales Office where you submit your application. If you
cannot come personally, the person representing you must be provided with a power of attorney (original).
How to Redeem Award Miles for an Upgrade Award - Purchase an Economy class ticket for your desired destination and departure date.
- Make sure that you have enough Award Miles in your account for an upgrade into an Executive class on your intended flight.
- Contact Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807 (from Indonesia) or Garuda Indonesia Sales Office to reserve your flight.
- Complete the Upgrade Award application form available online at http://gff.garuda-indonesia.com or at any Garuda Indonesia Sales Office.
- Submit the completed form, along with the original Economy class ticket, your GFF membership card and a copy of your ID (KTP, passport or other ID) to Garuda Indonesia Sales Office.
- You can pick up the Upgrade Award ticket at the Garuda Indonesia Sales Office where you submit your application. If you cannot come personally, the person representing you must be provided with a power of attorney (original).
