ACTIVE GFF MEMBER
Registered GFF members who eligible to have activities such as mileage earning, mileage spending and other GFF member’s facilities

AWARD MILES
The amount of miles earned for each flight on eligible flights and / or for each transaction with Garuda Indonesia partners of the GFF program. Award Miles are calculated as Tier Miles plus other mileage (bonus, promo, transfer, etc). Award Miles can be redeemed for Awards. AwardMiles will continue to be accumulated for as long as the GFF members remains active, and will be expired when membership is terminated.

AWARD TICKET
A free ticket that can be claimed by redeeming Award Miles, and which can be used by the respective GFF member or given to another person.

BASIC MILES
The amount of miles used as a basis for calculating earned mileage.

CHANGE SCHEDULE
The change to an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award involving a change of the scheduled flight date and flight number. Change schedule is not applicable to a change of flight route, flight class or the name on the Award Ticket.

CODE SHARE FLIGHT
A joint flight between Garuda Indonesia and another airline in which one airline function as the Operating Party.

EARNING MILES
Mileage can be earned from a flight activity on eligible flights as well as from a non-flight transaction with Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFF program.

ELIGIBLE FLIGHT
Flights qualified to earn miles and flight frequency on GFF program. It does not apply to flights on class X,O,T,J,Z tickets, sponsorship tickets, employee tickets, airline and travel agent discount tickets, free tickets, award tickets, discount tickets, Citilink flights, Chartered Flights, Hajj Flights organized by Government, Code Share Flights where Garuda Indonesia is not the operating party and / or other flights as may be determined later by Garuda Indonesia. V and H class are qualified only for flight frequency but not for earning miles (0 miles).

PT Perusahaan Penerbangan Garuda Indonesia, abbreviated as PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero).

INACTIVE GFF
Member GFF members with no flight or non-flight activity in the last 1-year of their membership period.

ITINERARY RECEIPT E-TICKET
The e-ticket receipt issued by Garuda Indonesia to a passenger, containing the passenger name, flight information and terms of the ticket.

MEMBERSHIP PERIOD
GFF membership period commences from the month when a membership tier status is acquired, and covers the remaining months of the current year and the next one-year period. A GFF membership period varies
from 12 – 23 months long.

MEMBERSHIP TIER
The tier or level of a regular GFF membership (Blue, Silver, Gold or Platinum), given on the basis of Tier Miles earned or flight frequency made on eligible flights within the last membership year. Membership Year A GFF membership year runs from 1 January to 31 December of the same year. An EC Plus membership year covers the 12 (twelve)- month period commencing from the date of registration approval or membership renewal.

MISSING MILEAGE
Mileage that is not recorded on the account of GFF member.

OPEN DATE TICKET
A ticket issued without a departure date and time and flight number. An Award Ticket or Upgrade Award cannot be issued with an open date status.

OPERATING PARTY
The party that operates the aircraft on a code share flight.

ORIGIN-DESTINATION
The route segment or sector that have been or will be flown from the departure point to the destination point.
